Perfection Truss' floor systems are increasing in popularity because of
the clear benefits they offer. They are designed and built much like our roof trusses, and must meet the same quality standards. The main
difference is that our floor truss members are 2x4's laid flat instead of on edge.
Key Benefits
- Much greater clear spans than conventional framing.
- Open-web construction allows routing of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components
without drilling or cutting structural members.
- Fast installation.
- Trusses are precisely engineered to carry all applied loads.
Floor Truss Basics
Depending upon the desired depth (height) and spacing, floor trusses may
clear-span rooms of 30 feet or more. When combined with a pocketed beam in mid-span,
very large basement rooms with unbroken ceilings can be created.
